Total Spa does not guarantee transit times on standard ground or freight packages. Heavy items, such as tubs, must be delivered via truck to a loading dock at a terminal or job site. Deliveries are at the foot of the truck and free of maneuvers, any request outside these parameters will be considered and, if feasible, will generate extra charges. Any re-shipment fees will be the responsibility of the consumer if the initial attempt is rejected.

Transit times may vary for areas considered remote by the carrier since in these areas it is only delivered periodically. Freight shipments are typically scheduled the next business day after the product is in our inventory. Once the purchase of any product is completed, a specialized advisor will contact you within the next 24 hours to provide you with all the details of the shipping logistics.

The shipping costs calculated automatically by our website are mainly based on weight and size. Occasionally there are errors in these calculations due to over-measurement and destination location factors. Should this happen, you will be contacted with the correct shipping costs.
