Cancellation & Returns

This policy is to protect our customers and to help ensure that all returns are handled correctly.

It should be noted that we will certainly do everything in our power to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied.

Cancellations are only allowed if the product has not been shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, you must call (210) 272 9556 and speak to a representative indicating the problem and a brief outline of the reasons that compel you to cancel your order.

Cancellation attempts outside this parameter will not be attended.

Any cancellation has a charge of 35% of the price of the merchandise, in case any shipping cost is generated, it will be borne by the customer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
In the event that the products are damaged in the course of shipping, it is required to obtain the documentation from the carrier, the information of the item that was damaged, and that the delivery be rejected; you are also required to provide us with a copy of such information and to contact us promptly so that we can obtain a replacement or find a solution. It is highly recommended that you remove the packaging and/or box and inspect the product for concealed damage. If the carrier does not allow you to pick up the box, please clearly write “Subject to inspection for damage” on the bill of lading.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) or spare parts. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
